CHECK 1

Ask about the person's actual routine

Describe the regular passenger's preferred place, movement requirements and normal journey, without inferring a condition from age. A person who travels occasionally may value a different arrangement from someone entering the car every day. The passenger brief keeps companions and their occupied places within the same task.

Ask which requirement determines acceptance and which convenience is flexible. Avoid turning a broad elderly-friendly description into a universal recommendation. If the passenger cannot assess the candidate, keep the personal question open and explain what representative media can show. A smooth demonstration by another person may establish a movement while saying little about this particular customer's comfort or confidence.

CHECK 2

Establish the actual entry arrangement

Retain the candidate's seat and any relevant access equipment records, together with the actual configuration period. The version identity guide helps keep historical presentations separate from offered hardware. A seller's attractive accessory photograph does not establish fitted presence, supported operation or the arrangement that will actually be delivered.

Ask for a relevant ordinary demonstration under appropriate instructions. Do not recommend improvising supports or treating an unverified accessory as a mobility solution. Where an addition is considered, the equipment-addition review retains compatibility and completed installation questions independently. Useful access depends on the supported whole arrangement, not the most reassuring name in the advertisement.

CHECK 3

Keep the normal parking location in view

The garage and access review distinguishes a parked outline from the room needed to open a door and move comfortably. A successful demonstration in a wide open area may leave the buyer's ordinary location unanswered. Retain confirmed measurements, obstacles and the actual side from which the passenger normally approaches.

If boarding elsewhere is proposed, ask whether the buyer accepts that routine. An occasional workaround should not quietly become the permanent assumption behind a purchase recommendation. Camera or assistance equipment cannot create additional door clearance. Record the achieved access and any practical limitation separately from a judgement about the vehicle's general prestige or cabin quality.

CHECK 4

Assess the seated position and exit too

Entry is only the first part of the task. Keep the achieved position, wanted adjustments and other occupants in the observation. The seat-function value review helps identify which movement actually matters. A feature list cannot establish the passenger's position, and a short seated visit does not prove comfort over every journey duration.

Review exit with the same supported arrangement rather than assuming that easy entry guarantees the return movement. Retain the person's own judgement where available and label any demonstration limits. Follow the applicable seating and restraint instructions; an appealing showroom position should not be presented as authorisation for every setting during travel or as a reason to bypass necessary passenger equipment.

CHECK 5

Keep equipment condition and remedy separate

Obtain relevant findings for the actual seat, controls and reported access-equipment concern. Visible cleanliness or a single completed movement is not a comprehensive assessment. Where a fault affects the essential task, ask the responsible provider for appropriate examination and a supported remedy rather than treating the inconvenience as automatically minor.

Define completed preparation and the required evidence in the handover record. A promised adjustment or future fitting is not the arrangement already assessed. If the buyer accepts a simpler alternative, state it clearly and retain the remaining personal limitation. Do not credit an uncompleted addition as a working benefit when comparing the final amounts.

CHECK 6

One passenger cannot review the car remotely

Suppose a family wants L9 for an older relative who cannot attend the initial assessment. Collect candidate-specific views and relevant operation, but keep personal access and sustained comfort unconfirmed. Agree which further evidence or direct assessment would make the decision useful rather than interpreting the family's interest as complete approval.

If another vehicle category is shortlisted, the D9 comparison applies the same person and parking task independently. Neither SUV nor MPV positioning guarantees the result. Retain the actual supported arrangement and accepted limitations; any substituted L9 needs its own equipment and access review before the earlier decision carries forward.

Questions buyers ask

Is Li L9 suitable for every older passenger?

No. Personal movement, seating needs and the actual parking arrangement differ.

Can easy entry establish easy exit?

No. Review both movements with the supported equipment and normal setup.
